All of these clamps are available to meet your tubing support and bundling needs. Whether your clamp requirements call for single-line or multi-line runs in a stainless steel or polymer construction we have the appropriate clamp for your application.
We stock standard sizes of seamless and welded stainless instrumentation tubing. Our inventories primarily consist of the austenitic grades of 316 and 316L, in a size range from 1/4” to 1” outside diameters in straight lengths and coils. We also stock a selection of Monel & Hastalloy.
Instrument stands using schedule 40 welded pipe, 3/8” or ½” thick base plates with round or slotted holes, and gussets if requested. We are able to provide standard sized pre-fabbed instrument stands that can be shipped the next day, which are typically less expensive than a custom stand.
Perforated L Channel and C Channel is designed to be a tubing and cable support system which utilizes bolt together fittings to route tubing or cable runs in an industrial application. Our Channel and angle is available as UL Classified upon request. The standard material finishes available are Hot Dipped Galvanized, Aluminum, and 304 Stainless Steel.
These clamps can accomodate anywhere from 1 to 12 tubes and custom sizes can be manufactured. All tubing gang clamps are fabricated in 316 stainless steel with a minimum 16 gauge thickness. Mounting holes are drilled to facilitate the use of 1/4″ threaded fasteners. Back plates are offered with the multi-line clamps; single clamps come as a one piece solution. Yoke and Duplex clamps are also available.
